2021/2022 U19 Winter Indoor Club - GK TEAM 2 ONLY

DESCRIPTION: HUSEL Hockey Club is an Elite Indoor Field Hockey Team focused on the development of high level individual skill execution, passing combinations, position-specific instruction and playing structures, and competitive game play. Great way to improve skills in the off-season in a high velocity indoor environment with more contact with the ball.
WHO: U19 (Based on age as of Dec 31st).
TENTATIVE PRACTICE TIME/LOCATION:
DECEMBER PRACTICES THRU 1/6
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8pm-9:30pm at nZone in Chantilly
GK special practice Saturdays 5pm-7pm at Cassel's Sports Complex in Herndon
1/6 THRU 2/25
Tuesdays, 8pm-9:30pm at nZone in Chantilly
Saturdays, 5pm-7pm, at Cassel's Sports Complex in Herndon
Goalkeeper Training: We will have dedicated GK training from 5pm-7pm on Saturdays at Cassel’s Sports Complex all Winter with Meagan, former D1 Dartmouth GK. We are also looking at a weekday option with Lindsey (details tbd).
TOURNAMENTS:
3 Tournaments TBD on Weekends usually in PA or MD
NITQ (If Selected Only, USA Field Hockey has not released dates)
End of February, National Indoor Tournament (if selected and qualified only – separate charge), Richmond Convention Center
COST: $1200. Excludes NIT which is selection only and a separate charge.
REQUIRED: Indoor Stick, Shinguards, Mouthguard, Water, Left Hand Glove
UNIFORMS/PINNIES/OTHER NOTES:

Important Note: ALL CLUB MEMBERS MUST BE USA FIELD HOCKEY MEMBERS AND NOTE THEIR CLUB AFFILIATION AS HUSEL HOCKEY. THIS IS MANDATORY.
