JENNY EVERETT: Jenny serves as a Deputy AD, Chief Financial Officer for George Mason University Athletics, which is a Division I program in the Atlantic 10 Conference with 22 sports and 500 student-athletes. She formerly worked in private equity with The Carlyle Group, one of the top private equity firms in the world, where she executed the largest leveraged technology buyout at the time at $17 billion and served as a CEO and CFO of several high-growth consumer companies.
Jenny formerly played for the United States National Field Hockey Team and represented the US in international competitions such as The World Cup, New Zealand Test Series, and Japan 6 Nation Tournament. During college, she played midfield at Wake Forest University where she was a Division I All-American, All-ACC, Hall of Fame selection, and Verizon Academic All-American. She concluded her collegiate career with 76 goals and 186 points. She is also a member of the Vermont Hall of Fame.
She graduated from Harvard Business School with High Distinction as a George F. Baker Scholar (Top 5% of the class), UNC-Chapel Hill with High Honors as a Master of Accounting, and Wake Forest University summa cum laude, where she was presented with the Lura Paden Baker Award for the highest academic achievement in business.
