National Sand Hockey Tournament

DESCRIPTION: Kick off your summer and play hockey ON THE BEACH! Fun filled tournament weekend as field hockey storms the Virginia Beach oceanfront for its 5th year at the National Sand Hockey Tournament in June 2020!
WHO: U12-U19. We will be setting teams by age level.
WHAT: 10 player teams with 5 v 5 competition. 5 game minimum.
DATE/TIME: June 2020. In the past it has been the first weekend of June.
LOCATION: Virginia Beach, Virginia
COST: $100 (Includes a special sand stick rental)
REQUIRED: Stick, Shinguards, Mouthguard, Water
LEAD COACH: Jenny formerly played for the United States National Field Hockey Team and represented the US in international competitions such as The World Cup, New Zealand Test Series, and Japan 6 Nation Tournament. During college, she played midfield at Wake Forest University where she was a Division I All-American, All-ACC, Hall of Fame selection, and Academic All-American. She concluded her collegiate career with 76 goals and 186 points.
